Lead Digital designed the landing page based on the information journey of real estate customers, from project overview, location, amenities, floor plans, image/video gallery, news updates, to the consultation registration form.
The interface uses a deep green color palette, large imagery, and elegant typography to create a premium feeling that matches the positioning of the project.
On desktop devices, the landing page uses a full page scroll effect, allowing each content section to appear as a separate slide. This approach creates a premium, modern experience and helps users focus on each key section.
On mobile devices, the website switches to standard scrolling to ensure a more natural, easy-to-use, and smooth browsing experience on smaller screens.
